  • Payment & Billing Data: Transaction identifiers, order IDs, and payment status updates processed securely via certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners displayed at checkout. We never store or process raw credit card numbers on our servers.

We use collected data solely to:

  • Process API requests and deliver generated music files, audio stems, lyrics, and MIDI transcriptions;
  • Track credit balances and credit instant digital top-up packages upon payment confirmation;
  • Authenticate developer accounts and protect our API infrastructure against fraud, abuse, or denial-of-service;
  • Provide responsive customer support, process legitimate refund requests, and notify developers of platform updates.

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) in transit and strong encryption at rest to safeguard all user data, credentials, and API Secret Keys. API request logs and transient task metadata are retained only as long as necessary for operational integrity and performance monitoring.

We utilize essential session cookies and local storage tokens strictly to maintain secure user authentication sessions and prevent automated bot abuse (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or API usage data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
