By accessing or using the SongMesh platform ("Service", "Platform") provided at sunoapi.top, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Independent Studio Notice

SunoAPI.top is operated by an independent software studio building AI-driven cloud developer tools and media platforms. We create practical, scalable REST APIs, web playgrounds, and workflows that empower creators, indie developers, and businesses to integrate AI audio generation seamlessly into their applications.

3. Account Registration & API Key Security

Our API provides a collection of REST endpoints for music generation and audio processing. To access these endpoints and the web playground, you must create a developer account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials and API Secret Keys (Bearer tokens) issued to your account. You agree not to distribute, publish, or share your API keys publicly, and to notify our team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

Users purchasing digital API credit packages receive commercial usage licenses for the output audio files, vocal tracks, stems, lyrics, and metadata generated through their authenticated API requests, subject to applicable intellectual property laws and acceptable AI conduct.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service or its endpoints to:

• Generate unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or abusive audio content;
• Impersonate any living artist, celebrity, or individual without documented legal consent;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our API infrastructure;
• Engage in unauthorized resale or credential-stuffing using shared developer tokens.

6. Billing, Digital Delivery & Credit Packages

We sell digital API credit packages (starting from $5) for programmatic AI music generation, stem separation, and audio processing. Delivery is 100% digital and instantaneous: purchased credits are credited to the user's authenticated account dashboard immediately upon payment confirmation via the authorized payment provider displayed at checkout.

Credits never expire and are consumed on a per-task basis (e.g., 30 credits per dual-track song). Unused credit packages are eligible for a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunoAPI.top and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from network latency, service interruptions, upstream model updates, or third-party outages.
